All knitwear pieces are carefully handmade. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 to 7 business days in France and 5 to 10 days in Europe.
We ship to France & Europe with trusted carriers.
Delivery times and costs depend on your location and the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

You have two weeks from receiving your order to return it. Please contact us first at fragmentknits@gmail.com to arrange the return.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.
